# BLUEROCK ## DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AGREEMENT **BlueRock — A Venture of Blue Rock Technosoft** Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, India Website: https://www.bluerock.co.in **Effective Date:** [09/10/2026] **Last Updated:** [09/10/2026] ### 1. Agreement and Acceptance This Domain Name Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BlueRock, a venture of Blue Rock Technosoft (“BlueRock”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and the individual or legal entity applying for, registering, renewing, or managing a domain name through BlueRock (“Customer”, “Registrant”, “you” or “your”). By placing a domain registration order, making payment, accepting these terms electronically, or using the domain registration service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement and the applicable policies of the relevant domain registry, sponsoring registrar, and other governing authorities. BlueRock may act as a reseller or service provider working with a sponsoring registrar. The relevant registry and sponsoring registrar may impose additional terms and requirements that apply to your domain name. This Agreement shall be read subject to those applicable requirements and mandatory law. ### 2. Scope of Service BlueRock’s service under this Agreement is limited to facilitating domain name registration, renewal, transfer, and related domain-registration administration, as applicable to the order accepted by BlueRock. A domain name is not guaranteed to be registered merely because an order has been placed or payment has been initiated. Registration is subject to availability, successful payment, acceptance and processing by the relevant registrar and registry, completion of required verification, and applicable policies. BlueRock does not guarantee that a requested domain name will remain available until processing is completed or that a registration application will be accepted. This Agreement does not cover web hosting, website development, business email, SSL certificates, or any other separate service. Such services, if purchased, shall be governed by their respective terms. ### 3. Domain Name Selection and Customer Responsibility The Customer is responsible for selecting the requested domain name and checking its suitability before placing an order. BlueRock does not guarantee that a requested domain name is free from trademark disputes, copyright issues, business-name conflicts, personal-name rights, or other third-party claims. The Customer is responsible for conducting appropriate searches and obtaining independent legal advice where necessary before registering or using a domain name. BlueRock shall not be responsible for losses arising from the Customer’s choice of domain name, including spelling errors, typographical mistakes, incorrect extensions, unintended meanings, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. The Customer must review the domain name, extension, registration period, registrant details and order information carefully before confirming the order. ### 4. Registration, Availability and Processing All registration requests are subject to availability and the applicable registry and registrar procedures. BlueRock may decline, delay, or be unable to complete an order where: a. The requested domain is unavailable or reserved. b. The registry or sponsoring registrar rejects the application. c. Required information, documentation, verification or payment is incomplete. d. The requested registration is prohibited by applicable law or domain policies. e. A technical, operational, compliance, fraud-prevention or security issue prevents processing. Where a registration cannot be completed, BlueRock will handle any applicable refund in accordance with the disclosed order terms, the applicable registry or registrar requirements, and mandatory law. BlueRock shall not be liable for indirect losses or business opportunities allegedly lost because a requested domain could not be registered, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law. ### 5. Fees, Payment and Refunds The Customer agrees to pay all applicable registration, renewal, transfer, restoration and other domain-related charges disclosed at the time of the relevant order. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the applicable fee must be paid before BlueRock submits or completes the requested transaction. The Customer is responsible for paying renewal fees before the domain expires. Any taxes, registry charges, registrar charges or other disclosed fees applicable to the order shall be payable as stated at checkout or in the relevant invoice. Once a domain registration or renewal has been successfully processed, the fee will generally be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant registry or registrar rules. This does not exclude any refund or remedy that is legally required. Where a payment is reversed, dishonored, disputed, or charged back, BlueRock may request evidence of payment and recover legitimate unpaid amounts and reasonable, documented charges actually incurred, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s rules. BlueRock may suspend further processing or restrict access to its own customer account functions where payment remains outstanding, provided that any action affecting a registered domain complies with applicable registry and registrar requirements. **Non-payment does not automatically make BlueRock the owner of a Customer’s domain name.** ### 6. Accuracy of Registrant Information and Verification The Customer must provide complete, accurate, current and truthful information required for domain registration, including the registrant’s name, address, email address, telephone number, and any other information required by the applicable registry or registrar. Where the Customer registers a domain for a company, organization or another individual, the Customer confirms that they are duly authorized to provide the information and submit the registration request on that party’s behalf. The Customer must promptly update any information that changes and must respond to reasonable verification requests within the time specified by BlueRock, the sponsoring registrar, the registry, or applicable policy. The Customer must complete any required email verification, identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC), documentation, or other compliance procedure applicable to the particular domain extension. Requirements may vary by extension and may change over time. For .IN domain names, the Customer must comply with the applicable .IN Registry terms and verification requirements, including any applicable requirement to establish the identity or authority of the registrant. If the Customer supplies inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or unauthorized information, fails to complete required verification, or fails to respond to a legitimate verification request, the registration may be delayed, restricted, suspended, cancelled, or not renewed by the relevant registrar or registry in accordance with applicable rules. BlueRock shall not be responsible for consequences caused by incorrect information supplied by the Customer or the Customer’s failure to complete required verification, except to the extent such consequences result from BlueRock’s own breach of its legal obligations. ### 7. Registrant Rights and Domain Administration The registrant recorded in the applicable registrar or registry records is the registered holder of the domain name, subject to the relevant registration terms and applicable law. BlueRock does not acquire ownership of a Customer’s domain name merely because BlueRock placed the order, paid a registry or registrar charge on the Customer’s behalf, or provides registration administration. The Customer is responsible for maintaining access to the registered email address, customer account, and other credentials used to manage the domain. The Customer must promptly notify BlueRock of suspected unauthorized access, incorrect registrant details, or unauthorized changes to the domain record. BlueRock may require reasonable verification of identity, authority, or account ownership before processing sensitive changes, including changes to registrant information, contact details, nameservers, or transfer requests. Such checks are intended to protect the Customer and the integrity of the registration process. BlueRock may not use verification procedures to unlawfully prevent a registrant from exercising a transfer or other right available under mandatory registry or registrar rules. ### 8. Domain Renewal and Expiration The Customer is solely responsible for monitoring the domain’s expiry date and arranging renewal in sufficient time. BlueRock may send renewal reminders to the contact details available in its records. However, reminder messages are provided as a convenience and do not transfer responsibility for renewal from the Customer to BlueRock. BlueRock does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or timely reading of renewal reminders, including where an email is undeliverable, filtered as spam, sent to an outdated address, or affected by a third-party communication failure. If renewal payment is not received and processed before expiry, the domain may expire and may be suspended, deactivated, placed in a redemption or restoration period, deleted, or made available for registration by another party, in accordance with the applicable extension’s rules. Restoration of an expired domain, where available, may require additional fees and is not guaranteed. BlueRock shall not be liable for loss of a domain resulting from the Customer’s failure to renew on time, failure to complete required verification, or failure to maintain valid contact details, except to the extent the loss results from BlueRock’s own breach of its obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded. ### 9. Domain Transfer and Change Requests Domain transfers, changes of registrant, and other modifications are subject to the applicable registry and registrar policies, eligibility requirements, security checks, and required authorizations. The Customer must provide correct information and complete the required approval steps for any requested transfer or change. BlueRock may delay processing where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, verify authority, comply with a registry instruction, follow a dispute procedure, or meet a legal requirement. Any restriction or delay must remain consistent with applicable registry and registrar rules. BlueRock shall not unlawfully withhold an authorization code, password, or other transfer information where the Customer is entitled to receive it. The Customer acknowledges that some extensions have specific transfer restrictions, waiting periods, or requirements following initial registration, a change of registrant, or expiry. Such restrictions are determined by the relevant policy and may differ between domain extensions. BlueRock is not responsible for delays caused by the gaining registrar, registry, registry verification procedures, or the Customer’s failure to complete required steps, except where BlueRock itself has breached an applicable obligation. ### 10. Suspension, Restriction and Cancellation A domain registration may be suspended, restricted, cancelled, transferred, or placed on hold where required or permitted under applicable registry or registrar rules, a valid legal order, a dispute-resolution procedure, or other applicable legal requirements. Where permitted by the applicable rules, BlueRock may request or initiate appropriate action through its sponsoring registrar if: a. The Customer materially breaches this Agreement. b. Required registration information is inaccurate or cannot be verified. c. The Customer fails to complete mandatory verification. d. A payment remains outstanding or a payment reversal requires investigation. e. The domain is reasonably suspected of being involved in fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement, or another prohibited use. f. A valid complaint, registry instruction, registrar instruction, court order, or competent authority requires action. g. Corrective action is necessary to address an administrative error or protect the integrity of the registration process. Where notice or an opportunity to correct the issue is required, BlueRock will follow the applicable procedure. Where immediate action is required or permitted by a registry, registrar, law, or competent authority, prior notice may not be possible. BlueRock shall not represent that it has independent authority to impose a registry-level status where it does not have that authority. Any action affecting the domain will be subject to the powers and procedures of the relevant registry or sponsoring registrar. ### 11. Domain Disputes and Third-Party Claims The Customer is responsible for the legality of the domain name selected and its registration and use. If BlueRock receives a credible complaint or notice alleging infringement, impersonation, fraud, unlawful use, inaccurate registration information, or another violation, BlueRock may seek clarification and supporting documents from the Customer and may refer the matter to the relevant sponsoring registrar or registry. The Customer must cooperate reasonably and provide accurate information when required for the handling of a complaint or dispute. Domain disputes may be governed by the applicable registry’s dispute-resolution policy, including the .IN Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (INDRP) for relevant .IN domain disputes, or other applicable policies for other extensions. BlueRock does not guarantee that the Customer will retain a disputed domain name or that a complaint will be decided in the Customer’s favor. Decisions made by a registry, registrar, court, arbitrator, or authorized dispute-resolution body are governed by their applicable procedures. ### 12. Customer Indemnification To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BlueRock, Blue Rock Technosoft, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and authorized service providers against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable documented legal expenses arising directly from: a. The Customer’s material breach of this Agreement. b. Inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information supplied by the Customer. c. The Customer’s selection, registration, or use of a domain name in violation of another party’s rights or applicable law. d. Fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activity carried out by the Customer or an authorized user of the domain. e. A third-party claim arising from the Customer’s conduct, representations, or failure to obtain necessary rights or permissions. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim results from BlueRock’s own negligence, willful misconduct, breach of law, or breach of its contractual obligations. BlueRock will provide reasonable notice of a relevant claim where legally permissible and will not impose liability for a settlement that the Customer has not authorized, where such authorization is reasonably required. The obligations in this clause survive expiry or termination of this Agreement to the extent necessary to address claims arising during the term. ### 13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability BlueRock provides domain registration administration subject to the procedures, availability, technical systems, and policies of the relevant registry and sponsoring registrar. BlueRock does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful registration of every requested name, freedom from disputes, or continued registration where a domain is subject to applicable suspension, cancellation, transfer, or expiry rules. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueRock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profit, business opportunities, reputation, or revenue arising from a domain registration issue. To the extent legally permitted, BlueRock’s aggregate liability for a claim directly arising from the affected domain registration service shall not exceed the registration or renewal fee actually paid to BlueRock for that domain for the then-current registration term. This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or any other non-excludable statutory obligation. Nothing in this Agreement removes any consumer or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived. ### 14. Privacy and Registration Records The Customer acknowledges that information supplied for domain registration may need to be collected, processed, stored, verified, or disclosed to the sponsoring registrar, registry, relevant service providers, dispute-resolution bodies, or competent authorities as required or permitted by applicable policies and law. BlueRock may retain registration orders, payment records, verification records, correspondence, and related administrative records for legitimate business, compliance, security, dispute-handling, and legal purposes, subject to applicable data-protection and retention requirements. The Customer confirms that they have authority to provide any personal information submitted in connection with the registration and, where required, have obtained the necessary notice, authority, or consent from the relevant person. The handling of personal information is also subject to BlueRock’s applicable Privacy Policy. ### 15. Third-Party Registry and Registrar Policies The Customer acknowledges that domain registrations are governed by the rules and policies of the relevant registry and sponsoring registrar, which may be updated from time to time. BlueRock may update its procedures where reasonably necessary to comply with changes in registry rules, registrar requirements, applicable law, or security and verification standards. If a provision of this Agreement conflicts with a mandatory registry or registrar requirement, the mandatory requirement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. BlueRock will not be responsible for an action that it is legally or contractually required to take under a binding registry instruction, registrar requirement, or valid legal order, provided that BlueRock acts within the scope of that requirement and complies with its own applicable obligations. ### 16. Amendments and Notices BlueRock may amend this Agreement to reflect changes in applicable law, registry or registrar requirements, security practices, or its domain registration procedures. Material amendments will be published on BlueRock’s website or communicated by another reasonable method where required. The effective date of an amendment will be stated in the revised Agreement or accompanying notice. Where applicable law requires advance notice or Customer consent, BlueRock will comply with that requirement. Notices relating to a particular domain registration may be sent to the email address or other contact details recorded for the Customer. The Customer is responsible for maintaining valid contact information and checking communications concerning the domain. ### 17. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control BlueRock shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including registry or registrar outages, network failures, cyberattacks, government actions, legal restrictions, natural disasters, or other comparable events. This clause does not excuse payment obligations already due or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. BlueRock will take reasonable steps, where practicable, to address the effects of such events. ### 18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory domain-specific rules and applicable legal requirements. Subject to mandatory law and the jurisdiction of any competent registry dispute-resolution body, courts of competent jurisdiction at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, may hear disputes arising from this Agreement where they have lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents a party from using a mandatory statutory remedy or a domain-specific dispute-resolution process that applies to the registration. ### 19. Severability and Survival If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Provisions concerning unpaid fees, indemnification, privacy and record retention, limitation of liability, disputes, and other obligations intended by their nature to continue shall survive expiry or termination to the extent permitted by law. ### 20. Entire Agreement This Agreement, together with the applicable order details, disclosed registration terms, relevant privacy notice, and mandatory registry or registrar policies, constitutes the agreement governing the domain registration service. If the Customer has a separate written agreement with BlueRock that expressly modifies a provision of this Agreement, that modification will apply to the extent stated and legally permitted. ### 21. Customer Declaration and Acceptance By placing a domain registration order or accepting this Agreement electronically, the Customer confirms that: 1. The information provided for registration is complete and accurate to the best of the Customer’s knowledge. 2. The Customer is authorized to register the domain and provide the submitted information. 3. The Customer has reviewed the requested domain name, extension, registration period, and applicable charges. 4. The Customer understands the responsibility to maintain valid contact details, complete required verification, and renew the domain before expiry. 5. The Customer agrees to comply with the applicable registry and registrar rules and this Agreement. --- **BlueRock — A Venture of Blue Rock Technosoft** Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, India Website: https://www.bluerock.co.in *This Agreement is intended for domain name registration services only.
