# BLUEROCK ## CUSTOMER DIGITAL CERTIFICATE PRODUCT AGREEMENT EXTENSION **Agreement Effective Date:** `<Date of Service opt In>` This Customer Digital Certificate Product Agreement Extension (“Extension”) is entered into between **BlueRock, a venture of Blue Rock Technosoft**, hereinafter referred to as the “Parent”, and the customer identified in the applicable customer account or order, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”. The Parent and the Customer may individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. ### RECITALS WHEREAS, the Parent offers and sells digital certificates, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates marketed under the Comodo SSL brand, through its authorized service and distribution arrangements; WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to purchase Comodo SSL certificates from the Parent; WHEREAS, this Extension forms part of the Customer Master Agreement (“Agreement”) effective from `<Date of Service opt In>`; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: ### 1. Customer Election The Customer elects to purchase eligible digital certificates marketed under the **Comodo SSL** brand through the Parent, subject to product availability, applicable fees, the terms of this Extension, the Customer Master Agreement and the relevant certificate authority’s policies. ### 2. Parent’s Acceptance The Parent accepts the Customer’s election to purchase Comodo SSL certificates, subject to successful order processing, payment of applicable charges, completion of required validation procedures and compliance with the relevant certificate authority’s issuance requirements. Acceptance of an order does not guarantee certificate issuance. The issuance, validation, renewal, reissuance and revocation of a certificate remain subject to the applicable product terms and certificate authority requirements. ### 3. Scope of Application and Thawte Products 3.1. This Extension applies specifically to digital certificates marketed under the **Comodo SSL** brand. 3.2. Purchases of **Thawte** digital certificates shall be governed by the applicable Thawte-specific agreement and terms set out in **Annexure A**, together with the Customer Master Agreement. 3.3. The Comodo SSL-specific provisions of this Extension shall not replace or override the applicable terms governing Thawte certificates. ### 4. Customer Responsibilities The Customer shall: a. Provide accurate and complete information required for certificate applications and validation. b. Provide all necessary authorizations and supporting documentation requested by the Parent or the relevant certificate authority. c. Comply with applicable certificate authority policies and product terms. d. Maintain the security of account credentials and certificate-related information. e. Ensure that the Customer has the necessary rights and authorization to request a certificate for the relevant domain name, organization or other subject. f. Respond promptly to verification requests and renewal notifications where required. ### 5. Certificate Issuance and Validity The Customer acknowledges that certificate issuance is subject to the relevant certificate authority’s validation procedures and policies. The Parent does not guarantee issuance where validation requirements are not satisfied or the certificate authority declines an application in accordance with its applicable policies. The Customer is responsible for monitoring certificate expiry and arranging renewal in sufficient time. Renewal, reissuance, suspension and revocation shall be governed by the applicable product terms and certificate authority policies. ### 6. Fees and Payment The Customer shall pay the applicable purchase price, renewal fees and taxes specified in the relevant order or invoice. Any cancellation, refund or renewal entitlement shall be governed by the Customer Master Agreement and the applicable product terms, subject to applicable law. ### 7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither Party shall be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of a digital certificate. Nothing in this Extension excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any applicable liability limitations in the Customer Master Agreement shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. ### 8. Relationship with the Customer Master Agreement This Extension forms part of the Customer Master Agreement. Except as expressly modified by this Extension, the terms of the Customer Master Agreement remain in effect. If any conflict arises, the documents shall be interpreted together to the extent possible, with any unresolved conflict addressed under the order-of-precedence provisions of the Customer Master Agreement and applicable law. ### 9. Acceptance By placing an order for a Comodo SSL certificate or otherwise expressly accepting the applicable terms through the Parent’s ordering process, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this Extension and the Customer Master Agreement. --- ## ANNEXURE A ### CUSTOMER DIGITAL CERTIFICATE PRODUCT AGREEMENT EXTENSION — THAWTE **Agreement Effective Date:** `<Date of Service opt In>` This Annexure forms part of the Customer Master Agreement (“Agreement”) between **BlueRock, a venture of Blue Rock Technosoft** (the “Parent”) and the Customer identified in the applicable customer account or order. ### 1. Customer Election The Customer elects to purchase eligible digital certificates marketed under the **Thawte** brand through the Parent, subject to product availability, applicable fees, the Customer Master Agreement and the relevant certificate authority’s policies. ### 2. Parent’s Acceptance The Parent accepts the Customer’s election to purchase Thawte digital certificates through the Parent, subject to order acceptance, payment of applicable charges and completion of the required validation procedures. ### 3. Application of Thawte Terms Thawte digital certificate purchases shall be governed by the applicable Thawte-specific terms and the Customer Master Agreement. The Comodo SSL-specific provisions of the main Extension shall not apply to Thawte purchases where they conflict with the applicable Thawte-specific terms. ### 4. Other Terms Except as specifically provided in this Annexure, the Customer Master Agreement and applicable Thawte product terms remain in effect. **Parent:** BlueRock, a venture of Blue Rock Technosoft **Customer Name / Account:** As recorded in the applicable customer account or order. **Applicable Agreement Date:** `<Date of Service opt In>`
